Overview

Because all of our products are made to order through our print provider, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fivewordsteez.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. No return shipment is required for damaged or defective items.


Eligibility

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Size exchanges (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Orders where the issue is reported more than 7 days after delivery

Approved Returns

In the rare case that a return is approved (e.g., a non-custom item sent in error), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions via email. Do not send items back without prior written approval. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please contact us to initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
