Overview

At Five Words Teez LLC, we partner with our print provider to produce and fulfill your orders. Because each item is made to order, please review the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.


Production & Processing Time

All orders are printed on demand through our print provider. Most orders ship the same or next business day. DTF Transfers and PermaStickers are typically produced in 1–2 business days. During busy periods, some orders may take 2–3 business days to process before shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Expedited Processing

Need your order faster? Our print provider offers Jump The Line rush processing to speed up production. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout, including:

  • Guaranteed 1-Day Delivery
  • Guaranteed 2-Day Delivery

Please note: Blank apparel orders cannot be expedited beyond standard shipping options (2–4 business days via USPS or 1–2 business days via UPS).


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day Delivery options available at checkout
  • Canada: 7–14 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Five Words Teez LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are fulfilled from our print provider's production facilities and shipped via major carriers (USPS, UPS, or similar).


International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed at the border. Five Words Teez LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Five Words Teez LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@fivewordsteez.com. We will do our best to correct the address before production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted to our print provider.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@fivewordsteez.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with our print provider and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that because items are printed on demand, we do not maintain inventory and cannot ship replacement orders without initiating a new production run.


Returns & Exchanges

For information about returns and exchanges, please refer to our [Refund Policy]. Custom and personalized items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
